A study was once done that showed cruise ships are often cheaper to live on than nursing homes, you get better care and you get to travel the world. On a totally unrelated topic, mom went on yet another cruise. This time with two of her brothers, one sister and her daughter and grandchildren, and Auntie Thelma. The unknown man is the second in command of the submarine they were on.
